Just Another Bump In The Road (page 95)

Here is another poem about life!  Yep, I know many times traveling along life's highway many detours or unpleasant experiences we do discover. In this poem the bumps are either to your health, relationships or any circumstance that takes your eyes off Jesus. So keep focusing on Him my friends and you will get over each of the bumps!

The Pit (page 94)

For sure there are days when it seems like I am in a pit.  The more you try to get out the deeper you go in.  The wonderful part of having a relationship with the Lord is He is always there.  Time and time again He pulled out of one of these worldly pits that we get ourselves into.

There Lies Life's Key (page 93)

It always seem in this life we are looking for a special key that will unlock the mysteries of life.  This poem I thought answered it very well.  In the Bible Jesus said, "Seek ye the Kingdom first!" Jesus is the key to all our questions.  Just ask!

He Chose Us (page 92)

Life is all about choices. Good and bad.  This poem describes a possible conversation between Father God and His beloved Son, Jesus.  It is written that we were chosen before the world was created.  Yes, we are loved that much! 

Jesus Winked (page 91)

I remember this poem very well.  I just got through doing a program at a nursing home and was visiting with the residents, telling them that God loves them.  I came to a man in a bed chair.  He just was there with very little movement.  When I asked him if he liked the program, he just winked!

This Side Of Heaven (page 90)

A poem that speaks about each day we are blessed with.  Just think about waking up and what a gift that is.  Also that God has a reason for giving you this daily gift.  Use it wisely my friends.  Once you realize it is all about Him and not you then our daily priorities surely change.

Having A Bad Day (page 89)

This poem was written to so many of us that is having a bad day or about to have one.  Jesus said in John 16:33 that we would have some for sure.  He also said  in the same verse that He has overcome the world for there is nothing that we are going through or about to that He hasn't gone through before us and will go through with us!
