An interesting poem. In the Bible, Galatians 5:22-23 it speaks of the Fruits of the Spirit, But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. Now if this was as a way of measuring our lives where would we measure up to? I love this ending;
I saw you were arguing with
a Brother and Sister from church.
You didn’t appear to be in control,
you appeared angry and very hurt.
With down cast eyes I said,
“Forgive me Father, for it is true,
the reason that it happened
was I took my eyes off of You!
