The Christian Hurts  (page 32)

This poem goes well with the previous one.  Some people believe that once you accept Christ into your heart and your Christian life now begins that you are exempt from suffering and pain.  Not so, for believe me when you are fulfilling your purpose for the Kingdom the opposition, satan, is not happy with the Christians.  The poem states "when storm clouds come and the sun disappears", we have all been there once or more in our lives.  The next part states, "we can stand firm for with Jesus we have no fear"!  Amen to that!
